General Shipping Information
Shipping Zone A applies for shipping within the United States of America – Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping to Zone A is $8.00 per order
Shipping Zone B applies for shipping outside of the United States of America – via USPS Global Express Mail. We do not ship to certain countries so if you are ordering outside of the United States of America please contact us at sales@thechemdepot.com to ensure that we can ship to your country and be sure to order in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country you reside in.
Shipping to Zone B is $35.00 per order
Shipping Policy
We typically ship products within 24 hours of receiving orders however we only ship products between Monday and Thursday. All products that are shipped within the USA are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail service with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not a tracking number, but it allows us to confirm that products were delivered to their intended location.
International Shipping
We CANNOT ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Germany or most of Eastern Europe. We have tried our best to not include countries we do not ship to in our order form. When in doubt, please ask prior to ordering.
Return/Refund Policy
Once we have shipped your order all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we do no offer refunds, returns or advice on the administration of our products in your research experiments.
